Antonio Estrada – Head Chef
Antonio Estrada, along with his family run Schubert’s. Prior to his time here, he was the cook at La Brioche and also ran his own restaurant in Portage.
Estrada and his family take much pride in managing the historic eatery. “Everything is made from scratch here, like it always has been. I don’t want to change the menu. I just want to do the best food,” he says.
